If your child’s idea of a perfect party involves bouncing off walls, diving into a foam pit, and showing off cartwheels to a cheering squad of friends – welcome to Wickers Gymnastics Birthday Parties. 🎈

We don’t do boring. We do flipping fantastic.

🤸‍♀️ So, what makes a Wickers party so special?

Your group gets exclusive use of the entire gym – no sharing, no crowds, just your own private tumble-fest.
All parties are run by our qualified gymnastics coaches (plus a friendly helper from our Leadership Academy).
There’s music. There’s foam. There’s free play. There might even be the occasional victory pose.

🎂 Two party types to suit your little legends

Stay & Play Party (Ages 1–5)

For the tiniest tumblers, we set the gym up with soft play, climbing zones and interactive fun, all safe and parent-supervised.

Standard Party (Ages 3+)

This one's all about FUN. Kick off with a silly musical game, then let the kids loose on all the kit – bars, beams, foam pits, trampolines – followed by party food and birthday cheer. (You bring the snacks – we bring the flips.)

And yes – the birthday child gets a special Wickers gift, because we know how to do birthdays properly.

🎉 Want to party with a pal?

We offer joint parties too – just £5 extra for a shared celebration with a sibling or bestie. Twice the giggles. Twice the cake.

📅 When can we book?

Parties run every weekend:

Saturdays at 2:00pm and 4:00pm
Sundays at 10:30am, 12:30pm, and 2:30pm

You’ll get 1.5 hours of gym time, plus 15 mins before and after to set up and pack down your food zone. (Yes, you can decorate. No, you can’t bring a bouncy castle.)

💰 What does it cost?

£185 for Wickers Club Members
£210 for Non-Members
Includes 20 children
£2 per extra child (max 30 kids total, including birthday star)
£5 for joint party add-on
£100 deposit due at booking (non-refundable)

We also send you 30 party invitations with a free trial session voucher for any guests who haven’t joined the club yet. Because we’re nice like that.

📝 What you’ll need to do

Choose your date (we release party slots 3 months in advance – first come, first served!)
Pay your deposit
Tell us who's coming – we’ll need a list 5 days before your party
Bring your food, drinks and cake
Show up and watch the kids have an absolute blast

(We'll take care of the rest.)

🚨 Important stuff

Sorry, grown-ups can’t go on the equipment. We’ve seen your backflip attempts and we’re just protecting your dignity.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before = £50 cancellation fee.
Final payment due 5 days before the big day.
