For a unique party experience come to Wickers Gymnastics Club!

Wickers are now able to offer Birthday parties on Saturday afternoons and Sunday throughout the day.
​
Wickers Gymnastics Club offers parties to groups of 30 children MAXIMUM (Inclusive of the birthday child)
Your group will have exclusive use of the gym!

Our parties run for 1.5 hours, supervised by a qualified staff member and one of our Wickers leadership academy members.
We have 2 options available for Birthday parties.
- Stay and play for 1- 5 years, the gym will be set up with numerous soft play climbing activities and lots of interactive stations with full use of the equipment.
or
- Our standard party for 3 years and over, with the party guests arriving to play a musical game and fun with the foam followed by free reign of all the equipment.
Both party options are allocated time to sit down for party food, drinks and cake. (Supplied by you)
The birthday child will receive a Wickers gift. Parents are welcome in the gym, however we cannot allow them to use the equipment.
Wanting to share your special day??
We offer both the above party options as joint parties with a friend or sibling, this option is charged an additional £5.00 to your booking.
Party time slots are allocated 15 minutes prior to the party start time and 15 minutes after the party end time for setting up and clearing down your food area and any party decorations you wish to use.
Party availability and prices
The cost of our parties are for 20 children with an additional cost per child up to a MAXIMUM of 30 children (Inclusive of the birthday child). Please note we do not supply party food or cake.

£175 for Club members
£205 for non club members
Additional £5.00 per birthday child for our joint party option.
Each additional child above 20 will be charged at £2.00 per child.
A £85 non refundable and non transferrable deposit is payable once your booking time and date has been confirmed with the final payment due 3 days prior to your party.

Once payment has been confirmed, We will send you 30 Wickers party invitations to hand out to all your friends, which includes a FREE trial session for any new members.
​
Cancellation policy - Your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of the party date, there will be an additional £30 charge.
Saturday 2.00pm-3.30pm
Saturday 4.00pm - 5.30pm
Sunday 10.30am - 12.00pm
Sunday 12.30pm -2.00pm
Sunday 2.30pm - 4.00pm

Our parties will run for 1.5 hour supervised by our qualified coaches. Parents are asked to supply the club with a full list of names for party attendees 3 days prior to your party booking.
