Looking for a party your child will remember long after the candles are blown out?


At Wickers Gymnastics Club, we throw celebrations that are full of flips, fun, and foam pits – not a stale sausage roll in sight.

🏅 What Makes a Wickers Party So Brilliant?

  • Exclusive use of our full gym space – just for your party guests!

  • Qualified coaches on hand to supervise, plus help from our amazing Wickers Leadership Academy teens.

  • A choice of two exciting party styles, depending on age and vibe.

 

✨ Choose Your Party Style

Stay & Play Party (ages 1–5)
Think soft play heaven – climbing shapes, tunnels, and interactive play zones set up across the gym, giving little ones the freedom to explore, climb and bounce safely.

Standard Gym Party (ages 3+)
Start off with a musical game and foam pit fun, then let the kids go wild with free time on all the equipment – bars, beams, trampolines, and more! It’s like their own private gymnastics adventure.

​

Both party styles include time for food, drinks, and of course, cake – all brought by you and set up in your own designated space.

​

🎁 And yes – the birthday child gets a special Wickers gift!

Want to celebrate with a sibling or bestie?
No problem – we offer joint party bookings too! Just add £5 to the booking and we’ll make sure everyone gets their moment to shine.

⏰ When and Where

Party slots:

  • Saturdays at 2.00pm or 4.00pm

  • Sundays at 10.30am, 12.30pm or 2.30pm

📍 Wickers Gymnastics Club, Unit 9/10 Chartwell Business Centre, Lancing BN15 8FB

🎉 Parties run for 1.5 hours – plus 15 minutes either side to set up and pack away your party area.

 

💷 Prices & What’s Included

  • £200 for Wickers Club Members

  • £235 for Non-Members

  • Includes up to 20 children

  • £2.50 for each extra guest (up to a max of 30 kids, including the birthday child)

  • Joint parties: +£5

  • 30 printed Wickers invites provided – with a free trial class for new attendees

 

📝 A Few Quick Notes (The Boring But Important Bits)

  • A £100 deposit secures your slot – non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Final payment is due 5 days before your party.

  • A guest list must be submitted 5 days in advance.

  • Please bring your own food, drinks, and decorations.

  • Adults are welcome in the gym, but can’t use the equipment (no offence – it's the rules!)

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the party date incur a £50 charge.

  • Full party guidelines will be sent upon confirmation.
