Party Options

We have two fantastic party options to suit different age groups:

1. Stay and Play Party (Ages 1-5):

• The gym will be set up with numerous soft play climbing activities and interactive stations.

• Full use of the equipment to keep the little ones entertained.

1. Standard Party (Ages 3+):

• Guests will start with a musical game and fun with the foam, followed by free reign of all the equipment.

• Time to sit down for party food, drinks, and cake (supplied by you).

Joint Party Option: Want to share the special day with a friend or sibling? We offer joint parties for an additional £5.00, making the celebration even more memorable.

Party Details

• Duration: Each party runs for 1.5 hours.

• Group Size: Maximum of 30 children, inclusive of the birthday child.

• Parents: Welcome to stay in the gym but, for safety reasons, cannot use the equipment.

• Party Slots: Allocated 15 minutes before and after the party for setting up and clearing down.

Pricing

• £175 for Club Members

• £205 for Non-Club Members

• Additional £5.00 per birthday child for joint parties.

• Each additional child above 20 will be charged at £2.00 per child.

Deposit: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £85 is required to confirm your booking, with the final payment due 3 days prior to the party.

Once booked, you'll receive 30 Wicker's party invitations to hand out to your friends, each including a FREE trial session for new members.
