Looking for Somewhere Your Child Can Just... Be a Child This Summer?

Summer holidays have a wonderful way of slowing life down.
At least, that's the theory.
In reality, many parents find themselves becoming part-time entertainers, snack providers, referees, taxi drivers and professional answerers of the question, "What are we doing now?"
Sometimes children want an organised activity with coaches, games and challenges. Other days, they simply want somewhere exciting to explore, climb, jump, crawl, bounce and let their imaginations take over.
That's exactly what our Summer FunDay Sessions are all about.
No Timetables. No Pressure. Just Time to Explore.
If you've ever watched your child turn a few sofa cushions into a pirate ship, a castle or an obstacle course that apparently requires Olympic-level balance to complete, you'll know children don't need much encouragement to be imaginative.
Give them a gym full of exciting equipment, however, and their imaginations tend to go into overdrive.
Our Summer FunDay sessions are deliberately different from a structured gymnastics class. There isn't a timetable to follow or skills to master. Instead, children can enjoy exploring our unique gymnastics facilities at their own pace while you stay with them and share the adventure.
It's amazing what children notice when they're free to investigate.
One minute they're disappearing into the soft play area. The next they're proudly showing you how brave they've been in the foam pit. Before long they're asking if they can balance across "just one more" piece of equipment.
Somehow, they never seem to run out of energy.
A Summer Activity for the Whole Family
One of the nicest things about these sessions is that there's no pressure to rush.
You don't have to drop your child off and disappear for two hours. You don't have to sit quietly on the sidelines either.
Instead, it's an opportunity to spend time together, chatting, exploring and enjoying the gym in a relaxed environment.
For younger children, having a familiar grown-up nearby often gives them the confidence to try something new. For older children, it's simply lovely having the freedom to explore somewhere that's a little different from the local park.
And while they're busy climbing, jumping and burning off some of that famous summer holiday energy, we've even made sure the grown-ups are looked after too.
Yes... there's a hot drinks station.
Because every adventure is improved by a decent cup of tea or coffee.

Sometimes children don't need an itinerary.
They just need somewhere exciting to explore, someone special to share it with and enough space to make the sort of summer memories that usually end with tired legs, rosy cheeks and a very peaceful journey home.
