At Wickers Gymnastics Club, parties are all about movement, laughter, and just the right amount of organised chaos. Think foam pits, climbing, bouncing, and a gym full of very happy children.
No bouncy castle required.

✨ Choose Your Party Style
We keep things simple with two party options, depending on age and energy levels.
🎈 Stay and Play Party (Ages 1 to 5)
Perfect for younger children who just want to explore and play.
The gym is set up with:
Soft play shapes
Tunnels
Climbing areas
Open play zones
Children can move around freely, climb, bounce, and explore at their own pace.
🤸 Standard Gym Party (Ages 3 and above)
For children who want a bit more action.
This starts with a fun musical game and foam pit time, then opens up into free play across the gym.
They’ll have access to:
Bars
Beams
Trampolines
Foam pit
Full gymnastics equipment
It quickly turns into their own mini gymnastics adventure.

Both party types include time for food and cake, with your own designated area.

👯 Joint Parties
Got siblings or best friends with birthdays close together?
Joint parties are available for a small additional cost, so everyone gets their moment.
⏰ When Do Parties Run?
Party slots are available:
Saturdays at 2.00pm or 4.00pm
Sundays at 10.30am, 12.30pm or 2.30pm
Each party runs for 1.5 hours, with extra time either side to set up and pack away your party space.

Includes up to 20 children
£2 per additional child, up to 30 children total

You’ll also receive printed Wickers invitations, which include a free trial for new guests.
📝 The Important Bits
A few things to know before booking:
A £100 deposit secures your slot
Final payment is due 5 days before the party
Guest list required 5 days in advance
Parents are welcome in the gym, but not on the equipment
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a charge
Full details are sent once your booking is confirmed.
