Sessions are led by British Gymnastics qualified coaches, assisted by members of our Leadership Academy.

Running time 1 hour.

For 4 years and upwards.

The children work in small groups, and start with a warm up.

Gymnasts follow a 3 week rota, during which they will access the floor, vault, bars, beam and trampette – working on 2 pieces of apparatus per week.

All participants are required to obtain British Gymnastics Bronze membership by their second week (see link at bottom of page).
