What do we do at Wickers Gymnastics?

Wickers a friendly local gymnastics club, offering gymnastics to children of all ages and abilities, offering a variety of preschool sessions (Stay and Play and Gloworms), independent classes for children aged 3 - 4 years (Butterflies), Junior gymnastics for children aged 4 years and over, a competitive programme in General squads and Artistic Squads and even Adult gymnastics.

We are delighted to introduce our new Sensory Snails sessions, offering a calmer environment with limited numbers of 25, no radio, reduced lighting, and other sensory-friendly adjustments.

Wickers is the only pitted gymnastics facility in the Adur and Worthing District with a permanent gymnastics facility, and is also a registered charity! Click on an aged group below to be taken directly to that section.

Babies and Pre-schooler Sessions

We have a variety of specially designed activity and gymnastics sessions for pre-school age children, all the way from babies up to 4 year olds.

Including soft play equipment, handheld apparatus, foam pit, trampettes, all the gymnastics apparatus and much, much more!

Senior School Age

Choose from either joining the popular Junior sessions or coming along to Wickers' special drop-in sessions for teenagers and anyone at Senior School age.

Junior Sessions

Wickers offers Junior Gymnastics sessions throughout the week afterschool and on a Saturday morning for children aged 4years and over (children must be in full time school to attend).

Adult Gymnastics

It's never to late to start gymnastics! Wickers runs a wide variety of classes to suit all levels of ability. Whether you want to recapture moves from your gymnastic childhood, learn a new party trick or get fit in a fun and friendly environment; Wickers has got an adult session for you!
